Jalapeno Cheddar Brats 

With Portabella Mushrooms, in a Green Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

Jalapeno Cheddar Brats

Light Olive Oil

Portabella Mushrooms - Dried

Water

Onions – Small Diced

Green Chilis – Medium Diced

Garlic - Minced

Cumin Seed – Crushed

With Porcini Mushrooms, in a Tomato, Basil, Cream Sauce
